What do you fix?

At YannTech Computer Solutions we repair virtually all laptops and portables. We also service iPods, iPads and virtually any pda on the market. We are experts in on-site service for small home wired and wireless networks.

When will my repair be complete?

We strive for 24-48 hour turnaround on all repairs. YannTech Computer Solutions will provide you with a quote for repair within 24 hours.

What is your warranty?

All repairs on hardware come with a 6-month parts and labor warranty. Physically broken items or items that have water damage are not included.

What is your return policy?

All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Any defective item will be replaced for free by YannTech Computer Solutions. All returned items will be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee. All purchases must be in the exact same condition as you received them along with all packaging, documentation, and other items that came in the original package. Shipping charges may be applied.
